With all the recent gift giving, your child has more than likely received something electronic for Christmas. Research recommends that screen time for child be limited to 30 minutes per day. This includes video games, TV, smart phones, etc. One way to limit screen time is to set a timer for your child. There is a lot of research and facts about technology and children's development out there. It has been proven that childhood obesity, sleep patterns, social and behavior issues often come from increased screen time. Know what it says! Spend a little screen time yourself and check it out!
